    Design the route, not just the ends

    Review port maps, fiber type, breakout lengths, materials and mechanical space. Define feasible configurations and validation needs.

    VALIDATE

    Test the assumptions with a sample

    Check assembly, channel maps and agreed tests against the sample plan. Document results before deciding what needs adjustment.

    RELEASE

    Establish one delivery reference

    Approve drawing revision, materials, labels, acceptance criteria and report format as the baseline for the order.

    DELIVER

    Control change through delivery

    Agree quantities, inspection, packing and documents in the order. Review material and process changes as specified.
