CONFIGURATION ENVELOPE

Specifications and configuration options

Project configuration fields
InterfaceMPO/MTP-compatible inside sealed housing
Fiber typesOS2 and multimode
Fiber count12F/24F or custom
LengthConfigured to approved drawing
TestingTest items and acceptance methods defined in the approved specification

Insertion loss, return loss and environmental requirements depend on the complete configuration. Final acceptance limits and test methods are defined in the approved specification.

APPLICATIONS

Engineering tasks

  • FTTA and base stations
  • Outdoor industrial networks

Recommended definition flow

  1. Submit interfaces, application and installation constraints
  2. Confirm port map, materials and test method
  3. Sample and mating validation
  4. Release volume build after drawing approval

DEFINE BEFORE YOU ORDER

Define the configuration first

These historical catalog references guide selection. Materials, performance and available configurations require project review.

Optical and housing mating
Check internal MTP fiber count, pins and map separately from the external bayonet plug/receptacle family.
Installation options
The catalog lists standard/short boots, hex-flange and four-screw receptacles; confirm cutout, clearance and entry sealing.
  • Record the mated/capped state and project-required water depth, duration and mounting orientation.
  • Review cable diameter, seals, flange and panel as one assembly.
